If you are talking about the cliché that a girl shouldn't drive a sports car and that she couldn't get liberation from it by wearing pink, then in my opinion she did get it in a way that she could have the so-called male form of career yet be a girl. She tried to normalize calling sports anyone's passion, regardless of gender.
